Information on Insurance, Rates, and Payment Options

Authentic Insights Counseling is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Below is a breakdown of our rates and insurance information to help you plan your sessions:

Rates

  • Assessment interview (60 minutes): $180

  • Individual therapy session (55 minutes): $160

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Insurance

Authentic Insights Counseling is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Choice, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna PPO, and Cigna PPO. Authentic Insights Counseling is currently an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. However, many insurance plans provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. If your plan offers this option, we are happy to provide you with billing statements that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To determine your coverage, please contact your insurance provider and ask about out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services. Questions to ask include:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

  • Is there a deductible, and has it been met?

Please note, insurance policies and reimbursements vary widely, so we recommend verifying the details with your provider before starting treatment.
